On Saturday the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Cody Hoke, 25 of Penn Yan, on a bench warrant that was issued out of the Village Court for failure to pay a fine.Hoke was arraigned in the Village Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $500 bail $1000 bond.
